WHO WE ARE

WE ARE HELPING HANDS

Support Helping Hands Foundation Started in April, 2020. An NGO for needy people, located in Bandra (west) Mumbai, India directly benefiting more than 3500 people.
We believe in helping hands and empowering people. We don’t want our brothers and sisters to feel less of themselves, we believe in solving their problems like our own.
Our goal is to help as many families, children, people as we can.

HISTORY

2020 APRIL

Inspired by Senge’s philosophy, a group of young corporate professionals came together in 2020 to set up Smile Foundation to work with grassroots initiatives for effecting positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children, their families and communities.

2020 JUNE

Support Helping Hands Foundation believes that unless members of the civil society are involved proactively in the process of development, sustainable change will not happen. Believing in this principle of ‘Civic Driven Change’, Support Helping Hands Foundation sensitises the civil society in order to make them partners in its mission.

2020 OCTOBER

Support Helping Hand Foundation, a non-profit organization in india is to empower underprivileged children, youth and women through relevant education, innovative healthcare and market-focused livelihood programmes.

Support Helping Hand Foundation is to deploy best possible methodology and technology for achieving ideal SROI (social return on investment), to practice and promote good governance. To link business competitiveness of the corporate with social development initiatives; also to sensitize privileged children, youth and citizens in general to promote Civic Driven Change.

To advocate educational development, gender equality, environmental sustainability.
To conduct capacity building activities for public in general as per their social and economic, needs and developments.
To create awareness, build participation and implement various central and state government schemes as well as programs for welfare and development of various sections of the society.
To conduct workshops and seminars on issues related to rights and empowerment of women, youth, farmers, and people with disabilities for free of cost.
To promote volunteerism for relief activities, especially among youth during disaster situations like floods, droughts, epidemics.
To supplement, participate and implements the various government’s schemes and programs in offering and undertaking welfare and developmental activities for the general publics.
To establish educational institutions, orphanages, old age homes, shelter homes, training centers, counseling and guidance to general public for free of cost.
To develop interventions on environmental water issues specifically in dry and droughts prone area in various parts of India.
To create awareness about social, educational and health issues as well as government policies and schemes to general public for free of cost.
To inspire poor kids, men & women and neglected section of society to explore their artistic skills, soft skills and how to use that in respected and rewarding way to lead their lives with dignity.
To arrange for the Educational Facilities and benefit to students of the orphans and poor and poor needy and deserving children and to grant scholarship, Free ship and other assistance such as giving books and stationery to the poor and deserving students.
To promote love in respect of Education in society and for that to establish form and built shelter homes, schools, and to arrange Lectures to the general public on nonprofit basis.
To give and distribute Uniforms, books, and Note Books to poor and needy Students.
To promote Education in rural and urban area through this Trust.
To run and avail all government schemes for ladies through this Trust and To run the Kurti Udyog for needy Ladies on no loan no profit basis.
To run and conduct the government scheme for the blind and other handicapped for their development for free of cost.
To help the Orphans, needy poor Widows as per the necessity.
Help to the poor needy deserving and sick persons without distinction caste and or creed or religion.
To give Medical Relief including the establishment maintenance and support of Institutions funds for medical relief such as Hospitals, Dispensaries, Health units and Clinics.
To open Charitable Hospital and provide Medical help to the poor people. To arrange Charitable Eye Camp, Blood donation camp and provide all medical Facility to the needy poor people.
Society shall not carry out any activities with the intension of earning profits.
To create and spread the spirits and brotherhood without reference to caste, creed or colour and feeling of brotherhood unit, solidarity, co-operative. Harmony, integrity and among the public and to strive to maintain peace and good relations with each other.

To work for the society at large and all the bad activities in society and throwing away all the society unwanted and unfair customs, remove superstitious and improper Traditions.

To rescue maximum numbers of mentally ill roadside destitute.
To provide them free shelter. Food and psychiatric treatment to the rescued.
To promote massive mental health awareness among rural villages, slums families, police personal, railway officials & general public.
To network with other NGO’s and government Hospitals in order to generate collective efforts and serve for welfare of society.
To work for the welfare of old aged senior citizens for medical assistance and livelihood.
